I have used Comal Golf & Battery for two different service reasons and both were excellent. And both times I dealt with Fred and he did an excellent job on both. First was when I needed all new batteries for my cart and he not only gave me a good price, he came to my house and put them in himself. The second time was just recently when I had problems with the steering of my cart. Fred came and looked at it, drove it around and told me it was probably the bushings but he wouldn't know for sure till it was at the shop. He took it in and it was the bushings and he replaced them in both the front and back, as well as did an overall check on it and brought it back to me, all within 2 days. And my cart never steered so good! So great job guys!
I apologize that this review has not been submitted sooner. Fred (Owner) welcomed me to the shop and after a brief conversation on what I was looking for he took me around and showed me 5 or 6 of the custom builds they had completed or were in progress. I even spoke with Chris & Robert (technicians) on a few do and don'ts of customizations.
After receiving all options available I made a decision and Fred gave me cost (More than fair I'd say) 5 days later I picked up my beautiful EZGO RXV custom cart. Could not be happier and I have to say that everyone who sees it wants to know where I got it. COMAL CARTS has my business from now on. Thank You Fred and the Boys for making it such a pleasant experience and yes I'll be back to upgrade to Lithium battery pack when these lead batteries die.
